Behaviour & Performance Coaching for competitive athletes.
Preparing for a competition isn't just about training and nutrition. It's about managing self-doubt, staying consistent, trusting yourself and performing with confidence when it matters most.
I've supported everyone from first-time competitors through to professional champions, helping athletes build confidence under pressure and develop behaviours that last long after competition day.
As a Behaviour & Performance Coach, I help athletes build the practical skills and habits.
Whether you're preparing for your first show or chasing your next title, my coaching helps you perform the way you want to feel —confident, capable and authentically you.
As an INBA Pro Sports Model Champion and behaviour analyst, I combine professional expertise with lived competition experience to help athletes perform at their best while enjoying the journey along the way.

FAQS
Usually it's time or money, and for many of us it's about what we value and the perceived outcomes not matching our expectations. Investing in ourselves both in terms of time and money is vital in today's world. As Warren Buffet says it's the single best investment you can make when times are tough! Ask yourself these questions - if not now when? If not Kate, then who?
When is the right time and when will you be sure? We all have doubts and wonder about the right fit for us. I am here to reassure you that should you feel this coaching is not right for you and you have gained nothing from your time with me (and you have done the suggested actions steps) after the first 4 sessions I will refund your money no questions asked.
The duration of a coaching engagement can vary based on individual goals and needs. Some clients find value in a few sessions focused on specific issues or challenges, while others may engage in longer-term coaching to achieve more substantial personal or professional transformations. Typically, a coaching relationship may last anywhere from a few months to a year or longer. It's essential to discuss your objectives and expectations with your coach to determine the best timeline for your coaching journey. Coaching for many of my clients is like taking a shower - something you do regularly that has long-term benefits!
