This 1-on-1 session is built for you if you are: • Feeling stuck or struggling with daily life? • Relationship break-up, family issues? • Unsure of the direction your life is taking? • Or simply wanting to clarify your next moves? This session duration is 45 minutes and includes the following: • One written overview/notes of discussion • Links or homework or short-term plan if required • One 10-minute follow-up phone call
