Service Description

This service is for your if you have a competition or event coming up and: • Comp nerves getting to you? • Wanting to shine on stage and feeling overwhelmed and anxious • Lacking in confidence and feeling like you’re missing your zing? The session duration is 45 minutes and include the following: • One written overview/notes of discussion • Links or homework or short-term plan if required • One 10-minute follow-up phone call
